Before we start our astrology sessions, I’d like to share a few things to ensure we’re on the same page. I know, don’t worry, don’t be alarmed by all the information you see here. It’s just my Capricorn mind that needs visual order to convey the message better and to protect both you and me. Also, at the time of writing and editing this text, I had a Stellium in the 3rd house and a Solar Return Ascendant in Libra projecting into my 9th house. There was no better time to take the initiative to write legal documents.
Terms and Conditions for Consultations/Readings

People or individuals who purchase a service will be referred to as "The Client."

The relationship between The Holder and The Client is one of peers.
2. Services and General Information
The following section explains how The Holder approaches consultations in a serious and professional manner. By accepting the terms and conditions of the consultations, The Client agrees to each point detailed in this document.
2.1 About the services in general
Astrology is not a tool to predict the future or a method of divination like tarot readings. Nor is it intended to cure physical or emotional ailments. Instead, astrology is a path to self-knowledge and reflection, a mirror that reflects trends and possibilities.
The following sections are written in the first person to establish a closer connection with The Client.
2.1.2 Every interpretation is performed by me, Maria Fernanda. Each astrological reading is based on my personal interpretation, enriched by my knowledge and experiences. With these sessions, I aim to provide you with a unique and enriching perspective.
2.1.3 While I strive to offer astrological guidance, the decisions you make after the session are entirely yours. Astrology can illuminate paths and offer insights, but the final choices and actions depend on you. I cannot be held responsible for the decisions you make following our sessions.
2.1.4 If at any point you feel you need help beyond what astrology can offer, I encourage you to seek professional support. Whether it be a counselor, therapist, or any other specialist, it’s important to find the right help for your specific needs. Again, I cannot be responsible for the decisions you make after our sessions.

2.1.6 I do not conduct individual consultations for minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
2.1.7 I do not conduct consultations for children under 13, even if their legal guardians insist.
2.1.8 I do not conduct consultations without the person’s consent. (I know we sometimes want to see our partner’s chart, but privacy must be respected.)
2.2 About booking and acquiring Services/Consultations
2.2.2 Website for services
The website for booking consultations is www.espaciodemafe.com/astrologyconsultations
2.2.2.1 All Consultations/Services will be carried out exclusively through this website: https://www.espaciodemafe.com/serviciosdeastrologia.
2.2.2.2 The Holder has social media accounts only on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. The username on all platforms is @espaciodemafe. Under no circumstances will The Holder request payment information or send a payment link via these platforms. If information is requested via these social media platforms, a link will be provided that directs The Client to the selected service page on www.espaciodemafe.com.
2.2.2.3 If The Client requests information via email (info@espaciodemafe.com or espaciodemafe@gmail.com) and decides to purchase a service, The Holder will follow the same procedure and send a direct link to the website www.espaciodemafe.com.
2.2.2.4 The Holder is not responsible for any service purchased outside of these parameters, nor for any damages that may result.
2.2.1 Consultation details
To ensure an accurate interpretation for any astrological session, it is crucial that you provide precise and accurate information for your reading. The data for consultations will only be used for that purpose. You can learn more about how your data is handled in the Privacy Policy.
2.2.1.1 Incorrect data
The Client agrees to fill out the forms with correct information. Any errors in the data may cause delays in delivering the purchased service.
2.2.1.1.1 If the data provided by the initial purchaser is incorrect and I perform/send the session based on that, a new consultation with the correct information will need to be requested and paid for.
2.2.1.1.2 If The Holder, Maria Fernanda, is at fault and performs/sends the session with incorrect data, the consultation will be
redone and sent again, free of charge, on the specific date agreed upon by both parties.
2.2.1.1.3 For Solar Return services, it is essential to know the exact location of the birthday. If you booked a session and provided the wrong location, or if the session was held with incorrect details, a new consultation with the correct information will need to be requested and paid for.
2.3 Description of Specific Services
2.3.1 Conditions for Offline Consultations
For our sessions delivered via a WeTransfer link: WeTransfer is a platform that allows sending large-scale videos. You do not need to download any application or make any payment to download the video. You will receive a link to save the video to your computer.
2.3.1.1 Receiving the video
The time you choose when booking and paying for the session is the approximate time you will receive your astrological video via email through WeTransfer. It may be sent a few hours earlier or later, with a maximum of 2 hours after the session. If the link does not arrive within 2 hours, we recommend you first check your SPAM folder before emailing info@espaciodemafe.com. If the video has still not been received, please contact me at info@espaciodemafe.com.
2.3.1.2 Downloading and accessing the video
I encourage you to download and save your video as soon as possible. Remember that the WeTransfer link will only be active for 7 days. After this period, I will not be responsible for the loss of the video.
2.3.1.3 Loss of the video
If The Client loses access to the video and wishes to have it again, a new consultation will need to be requested and paid for. Each session and interpretation is a unique, artisanal, and personalized process, which requires a new creation process.
2.3.2 Conditions for Online Consultations
For our sessions online via Skype:
2.3.2.1 Session link
You will receive a link via email approximately one hour before our appointment. The email will come from espaciodemafe@gmail.com. No other links will be sent. This link will take you directly to our Skype session. If you do not receive the link 15 minutes before the session, please send an email to info@espaciodemafe.com or espaciodemafe@gmail.com to check the status of the session.
2.3.2.2 Session recording
To allow you to revisit our conversation at your own pace, I will record our session, and it will automatically be saved in our Skype chat. You will have 30 days to download the video. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for the loss of the video after this period. If you want to have another session, a new consultation with the correct information will need to be requested and paid for.
2.3.2.3 Rescheduling
I understand that unexpected events can happen. If you need to change the date of our session, you can do so once, at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to manage our schedules efficiently and respectfully. If the day of the session arrives and you cannot attend, a new consultation with the correct information will need to be requested and paid for. Each session is much more than just an appointment. When you book a session with me, you are committing not only to a time but to a unique and personalized experience that I prepare with great care and dedication. Each session reserved means a time slot dedicated exclusively to you. By confirming your appointment, you are occupying a space that could have been for another person interested in astrological guidance. Remember that I prepare each reading in advance, dedicating time and energy to ensuring that your experience is as enriching as possible. This process begins the moment you confirm your session.
2.3.2.4 Punctuality
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Please be punctual. If you cannot connect within the first 15 minutes, the session will be considered canceled. This policy helps us respect everyone’s time (refer to section 2.3.2.3).
2.3.2.5 Session times
If you have any doubts about the session time, please write to me to confirm the time. The time you see when booking the session is the time the session will take place in your country. The format is in 24-hour time. If you mistakenly book the wrong
session time, the session will be considered canceled (refer to section 2.3.2.3).
2.3.3 Post-Consultation Questions
If you have questions after watching the video, I would be happy to answer them. Please send your inquiries within 7 days of receiving the video. This allows me to keep the interpretation fresh and connected to your reading. Questions can only be sent via info@espaciodemafe.com. Not via Twitter, Instagram, or any other medium. This ensures that the message is received properly.
2.3.3.1 Response to post-consultation questions
When you send a question to info@espaciodemafe.com, you will receive a written response within a maximum of 3 business days after your question is received.
2.4 No Refund Policy
The no-refund policy is a way to honor the time and effort dedicated to each consultation. Just as you trust me to provide you with a detailed and careful reading, I trust your commitment when booking your session. I understand that unexpected events may arise, and that is why I offer the option to reschedule your session, respecting both your time and mine. This flexibility seeks to balance our mutual commitment without losing the opportunity for your astrological experience.
2.4.1 All payments made are final. There are no refunds. If you choose an offline session, you will receive the service. Again, there are no refunds. All payments are final.
2.4.2 If you need to reschedule a session, it can only be done under the following terms:

2.4.3 Minors are not allowed to book sessions. If a minor books a session, there will be no refund, and the session will not be delivered.
2.5 Service Price Modification
Abreu Laya Maria Fernanda reserves the right to adjust the prices of her services at any time, at her discretion and as needed.
2.6 Privacy of Consultations
Consultations and their content are confidential. They will not be shared with anyone else. When filling out the form, there is a section asking if you allow me to share interesting insights with my audience for educational purposes only, without publishing your name. I will only do this if you agree to this section.
